Venture Homes provides clients with a broad range of choices to ensure they end up with a house that fits their personal tastes. Chad Glasser
Owner
Chad was born and raised in Dickinson, ND. He has a beautiful wife, Brittni, and three wonderful little boys, Charlie (9), Riley (7), and Beckett (3), and an energetic daugther, Aubrey (4). He graduated from Dickinson with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Chad has always had an interest in real estate. In 2011, Chad saw a need for a builder who cares and decided to form Venture with a goal of making every client happy. Chad understands that building a house is an incredibly big decision and wants you to know Venture Homes will provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire building process and thereafter.
Brittni Glasser
Home Design Specialist
Brittni was born and raised in Dickinson. She attended Dickinson State University where she earned Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Spanish. Brittni is married to Chad and they have three boys, Charlie (9), Riley (7), and Beckett (3), and a girl named Aubrey (4). Brittni has been with Venture since the beginning. She has always had a knack for design. She is responsible for helping our clients with their interior and exterior selections. She does a tremendous job helping clients make selections that fit their style and look great. Brittni also designs the interiors and exteriors of our spec homes.
Aaron Grinsteinner
Business Manager
Aaron is a born and raised Dickinson native. He attended Trinity High School and then began his college career at the University of Notre Dame. After a year of study there, he transferred to North Dakota State University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance in 2014. He then continued his studies at NDSU and completed his MBA in 2015. Aaron and his wife Mackenzie moved back to Dickinson, and Aaron joined the Venture team in May of 2015. Aaron and Mackenzie have two daughters, Evelyn (2) and Annaliese (6 months). At Venture, Aaron handles all invoicing, estimating, and back-end business activities.
Johnny Wood
Lead Carpenter
Johnny Wood is originally from Bozeman, Montana. Johnny began his post-secondary education at Montana State University before transferring to the University of Montana where he received his Associate’s degree in Carpentry. During college, Johnny founded his own construction company which he owned and operated for six years before joining the Venture team. Johnny moved to Dickinson in 2011, and soon thereafter met his wife Brittany. Johnny and Brittany have three wonderful children, Averie, Bodie, and Jordy. At Venture, Johnny is the lead carpenter so you will often see him at the Venture job sites on a daily basis. Johnny completes the trim labor, decking, and various other tasks on some of our projects.
